we purchased this item as a wall mounted floating sink, no counter. I made sure to check if this was possible and it is; however, be forewarned: the manufacturer will not send screws to mount this onto a wall since it is supposed to be a countertop sink.

I would expect a sink advertised as a vessel sink to be finished on all four sides. the back of the sink I received is unfinished and holes drilled to be wall mounted. If you are going to have a large mirror behind the sink the unfinished back and the holes will show. Disappointed to say the least.

For a clean, crisp look in the bath, this vessel-style sink has all the right angles. Its rectangular design provides plenty of sink space with a raised platform along the back with a pre-drilled faucet and overflow hole. **Disclaimer** This vessel is designed with a partially open and/or unfinished back; the faucet hardware/unpolished porcelain may be visible if viewed from behind, or if installed with its back away from a mirrored surface. The additional vitreous china coating on this model creates an even more impervious and sanitary surface than standard porcelain. With an overall measurement of 21" x 16 1/4" x 5 3/4", it will require a minimum-width cabinet of 21". The 720-BN , single-handle, vessel faucet offers tall, orderly, contemporary styling. Standing at a 6 1/2" height with a 4 1/2" spout reach, its distinct edges and geometric angles flaunt a European air. The lone handle atop the 90-degree faucet enhances the fixture's forthright appearance and ceramic disc cartridges assure long-term dependable operation. An attractive brushed nickel finish completes its distinctive appearance. The faucet is constructed without lead and is compliant with NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the cUPC (Uniform Plumbing Code of the United States and Canada), the ADA (American Disabilities Act) and carries the EPAs WaterSense label. Additionally, a spring-loaded, vessel pop-up drain (vpud) is included, which opens and closes with a simple press to its attractive brushed nickel cap.
