When it arrived the faucet had ding in it. They sent a replacement straight away. When we started to assemble it the holes for the towel bars were off by 1/4 inch. Again a new one was send to me immediately.. The cost of the plumber (twice) was expensive. Hopefully we will be able to install it During his next visit.

Its the cutest little thing!. Master bathroom is small and this fits perfectly, although my installer had to make several adjustments to get valves to reach the existing plumbing.
