Upon opening, the base has dings, the paint has runs and bubbles. It was clearly painted over rough wood in places. Nothing is straight. Doors crooked, drawers crooked. Not worth even close to the price. I paid $1099.

Although we have not installed the vanity yet (construction delays) it looks beautiful just sitting in its box while we inspected it after shipping. The order was delivered on time without any issues. The customer service at Houzz is fantastic. I needed the specifications/cut sheet for the contractor and was sent the information promptly. After receiving the product, I also requested some touch up paint, "just in case" we experience any installation mishaps - again, customer service was on top of it and notified me that it was on its way. The product is true to its picture in color as well - a very rich gray. I know we will receive many complements once installed.

Looks gorgeous and the construction is clearly very high quality. Shippers called day before with delivery window and then called again day of to provide a better time frame. We put it in the guest bath and wish our master bath vanity was as nice! Only note is that the side drawers are actually quite shallow, I knew the dimension when I bought the vanity but didnt realize how little would fit inside the drawer depth wise - regular size hair dryer did not fit.

I love the vanity. Originally I ordered the sink on the right side due to easy access to plug on wall. However, contractor informed me that all plumbing would need to be moved with this configuration - so I switched to left side sink. So note to buyers: check with your contractor first.
