the vanity arrived on time and in excellent condition: the small chip on outside rim of sink will not affect the appearance as it will be covered by the counter. Well done Houzz!

This vanity arrived in great condition due to outstanding packaging. It comes mostly assembled and the soft close drawers all slid easily. The pre-cutout hole for the plumbing did not align with our plumbing, so some modification is in order to make everything fit. The assembly is pretty self explanatory which is a good thing because the instructions offer no detail.
