This vanity is VERY HEAVY. I mean we had to hire two guys plus my two guys so 4 guys to get it upstairs. So the marble was not perfect far from it. But I kept it and will live with small flaws. Houzz showed excellent customer service. Faucets that came with it are great. Faucets 5 stars. Service 5 stars. Vanity 4 stars. I changed the knobs to a more substantial glass knobs and it looks really good.

Product is fine and in fact great. We paid for white glove delivery and the shipper were not able to put it in place at all. I had to hire movers to put it in place and Houzz only would reimburse us half of the white glove cost. This does not sit well with me. The marble counter top should be shipped separately so as to be able to have it set in place by delivery drivers.

The vanity is beautiful! It is very well made and solid. The disadvantage is the weight. One area said 230 lbs, another area said 400 lbs. it took 4 people to get it in the home . Another was that the cut outs were in the back and our plumbing in a exciting home(remodel) came up from the floor. Twice I e-mailed Houzz about a different issue and never received any response other than someone would get back with me. I was wanting to cancel the order for the above reasons and was ignored both times.
