I received my vanity wii a broken sink on Wednesday. I called to have the replacement top sent since I had a party on Saturday. The woman on the phone said I could send photos and she would send the claim over to the appropriate party. She stayed on the phone and validated the damage. I told her I needed it overnighted due to a party and she said that it would be sent over for review but that the claims department could take care of that for me and contact me the next day. Very quick to get me off the phone and pass me off without any sympathy for my inconvenience. Based in this discussion i continued to unwrap the bottom of the vanity and place in the powder room. We threw away the box. While i was contacted the next day I was told they couldn’t overnight it because it was shipped via freight and they do not overnight. I was told I would get t in a few days and that I would need to schedule some time to have the damaged One picked up. Today is Sunday and I have yet to receive my vanity and didn’t have it installed for my party. Very disappointed that it was broken and then a complete disregard for customer care when trying to get a replacement. Very matter a fact and basically i just have to go with it at the mercy of Houzz. If i could give zero stars i would.

Such an easy piece to put together, and thanks a ton for the packing. The box sat in the bed of a truck all day, getting rained on, yet when I unpacked it, it was completely dry. It took all of 2-3 minutes to put together, and another 10 to connect.

It is a nice looking classic vanity and porcelain sink. Well made with nice soft close doors. Hardware simple and contemporary. The vanity arrived within a week packed and in good condition.

Sink is warped so doesnt sit properly in vanity. Sink rocks because center rests on vanity. Had to rig shims so sink wouldve stable. But looks nice.

Love the size and the small amount of flat surface on the sink top. Color and functionality are perfect in my half bath. Seems well made.
