I bought this drain because my existing bathroom sink drains were emitting a foul odor. I used liquid plumber, took the drain apart to clean it only to have the odor return a few weeks later. This popup drain solved the problem. It was easy for me to install the new drain and when I had a problem I e-mailed the manufacturer and received an immediate response with simple detailed directions on how to resolve issue. I bought two of these for the master bathroom and am planning on buying two more for the other bathroom sinks.

I have now installed these in all our bathrooms in our remodeled vacation home. They are REALLY well constructed, easy to install and function wonderfully. I will be replacing out drains in our main hoe with these as well. They are not cheap but they are so well made and easy to use I think they are worth the cost over the cheap mushroom type drains.
