I had the worst experience with this faucet. I spent many hours installing it only to find once I turned it on the spout sprays out the back where the allen wrench screw is. I called Kingston Brass customer service for help and was hung up on. I called back and was told to email customer service with a copy of my receipt. NEVER heard back from them.I then called the third party Luxury Bath and they were very helpful and had another one sent out.I installed that one and had the exact same problem. I wish I just went to my local kitchen and Bath store to order locally. I would discourage anyone from purchasing this item. It has been nothing but a huge waste of my time and money. I will add Luxury Bath has excellent customer service and thankfully are returning both faucets.
