Received quickly, wrapped well with all parts needed for our new construction installation. Plumber had no problem installing. Upon using this product we have found the handle collects water at the very base where it meets the top at the ball. We have harder water and this now has a white rim where the water can puddle after turning faucet off with wet hands. May not be a problem if your water make up is different, but for us the white residue is a constant battle. Also noted the the finish in this same area is changing color with a bit of green.
