We looked at a lot of sites and in stores for a shower system for our bathroom reno. HR had a great selections and just the look we wanted at a fantastic price. (Our order was for Chrome 8" Square Shower System with Slide Rail Kit, Thermostatic Triple Faucet Valve and Overhead Head Shower). I ordered directly from Hudson Reed and was impressed every step of the way - from the person who took my phone order to the fast shipping to the gorgeous system itself to phone support when we needed technical support. Excellent, well made product that rivals systems two and three times the price. The shower head and hand held is working well with out well water system (not great water pressure so I was worried). Even though the company is in the UK, they have a USA warehouse and division, so no problems getting the product. All in all, Im very satisfied with my purchase and the company. .
