I was skeptical about ordering this since there were no reviews, this was a non-returnable item and it was a bit pricey for a bed skirt. I took the chance and dont regret the purchase. It was the full 18" to the floor as described. The fabric is thick and high quality and definitely looks like leather. Care is dry-clean only. Used the steamer to get the wrinkles out. Item arrived quicker than stated. Very satisfied.
