This is my first time ordering through Houzz. At first, I was very surprised to see that the headboard is actually hollow in the interior and that all the parts of the bed come inside of it...I guess it’s a practical way of transporting the parts. Anyway, the real inconvenience for me was to see the bolts worn out as shown in the pictures, which made the entire process very hard and tedious because it was difficult tightening the bed properly. I didn’t know I would be getting used parts, and it makes me skeptical about ordering through Houzz in the future. Overall, the bed frame it’s good, except for the issue with the bolts...that was a pain.

This is a wonderful bed. It is sturdy and the fabric is very nice. The color is true to picture.
