The product is easy to assemble and was exactly what I was expecting. The company had great customer service and accomidated the changes to my order. My only complaint was the corner of my box was ripped and the screws were scattered throughout the box.

I love these bed. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars because Instructions were horrible however after I figure out what I needed to do it was fairly easy to assemble.
