Instructions were the worst! Took my husband and I almost 4 hours to assemble, and we are pretty handy. Teeny tiny pictures, no words, took a fair bit of trial and error, but we finally got it together. Headboard was not as tall as I thought it would be, only about 12" above the mattress, but it works. Quality is pretty average, but I didnt expect it to be exceptional for the price, so is a decent value I guess. Arrived damaged, but was on the backside, so doesnt show. Photos attached. The only recourse I could find was to return it and get another, so we kept it, since we didnt want to wait for a replacement. Would have appreciated the option of a discount.

First the good, the overall quality and design of the bed frame is very nice. Ok the bad, i guess it is common practice for houzz to put all the parts to the bed in the head board zipped away for easy shipping. In theory its a good idea but those parts in my headboard moved around thus puncturing a hole in the fabric in back of the head board. The weight of the parts even ripped the staples out of the cover. I did not send it back because Houzz is far away and i didnt have time and needed a frame to sleep on. If this company was a break and mortar store down the street i would have more than likely returned it. Again it a very handsome frame but i have to put it against wall because of the back half ripped up with a hole in it.

I love this bed so much, headboard is a bit shorter than I had imagined, but quality and color are perfect!
