I wasnt sure what to expect ordering a mattress online. I am pleasantly surprised! I read the reviews of letting the mattress air out for a day or two, which was needed, and after that it smelled fine. The comfort is amazing! Strongly recommend this mattress.

I ordered the bed and it arrived as it said it would. Was heavy to get up the stairs by myself so have some help if you can and I am pretty strong. Bought a Metal bed frame with slats instead of a box spring but thats your choice. Opened very easily and puffed up pretty quickly. I have not measured it but looks about right. The chemical smell...yes its sort of terrible for about 2 days. It lasts longer than that but bearable. I kept the windows open and blew a fan (and kept door closed) as it would drift throughout the house. It has been 5 days and still noticeable but better. I slept on it the first night though as I could not wait to see if it helped my sleep. I usually wake up every morning with pain either in my back, joints, or both. I woke up for the first time in a long time with NO pain. I could not be happier. It is a different type of mattress than I am used to so it takes some adjustment but wow. My body sinks into it and is supported where I need it. My four stars is due to that smell but its a very comfortable and supportive bed.

This mattress is softer than I thought it was going to be. I dont think it would suit me, but the kids really like it! Maybe the description could do a little better at how soft this mattress really is. Overall, the kids are happy so I am happy.

The beds firmness is perfect. Its the odor that is horrible. Takes at least a day and a half to get rid of. Its really strong and unbearable.
