The bottom includes an anti-slip cover that guarantees minimal injuries and mishaps you could possibly get with a non anti-slip cover. This 8" Memory Foam mattress provides substantial support, resiliency and helps eliminate heat that can sometimes be associated with Memory Foam Mattresses.
