This mat is better than I thought it would be. I use it for yoga but I could sleep on it. Its much better than a thin yoga mat

For under $30, its a good deal. I purchased two for a slumber party for 7 to 11 year olds. It does a nice job for comfort for children. I personally would not ask an adult to sleep on it, however if you are a young college student, this mat is way better than a hard floor. The plus to this is the cover. Theres a convenient cover to place the mat in, to keep clean for the next use. Solid purchase.
