Previously, I was using an older (but still nice) pillow top mattress. It was comfortable enough, but my husband and I seemed to wake up feeling sore quite often. When we first received this product, it came rolled up and vacuum-packed. We opened it and let it air out for about a day and a half, and that seemed to be enough for the new smell to air out and for the mattress to teach its full form. When we tried it out for the first night, I was honestly so surprised by how much I loved it! I never thought Id be a huge memory foam fan, but I love the way it feels. It supports your entire body, but still allows you to sink in just right. I am pregnant, so I am adjusting to sleeping on my side more, although I am primarily a back sleeper. It feels equally comfortable either way and I would highly recommend it! As it is just 5 inches, I think it works great as either a lower mattress, or a higher mattress topper.

Bought this for my camper. Havent slept a whole night on it yet but after a couple hour nap Im a believer. Leaving on a full week camping trip next week so if my opinion changes will update.

I generally would not consider a 5 inch mattress, but this size was specified for the purchased trundle. Although the mattress lacks thickness, it still is comfortable enough for overnight guests.

Comfortable and well priced, not quite as firm as expected. I store it stacked it on an existing memory foam mattress and separate them when I need a spare bed. Works well as topper for an air mattress. Feels like a regular bed. Worthwhile purchase.
