I decided to buy my daughter a Memory Foam mattress becuase she enjoys soft mattresses. I regret not buying a 10" mattress. I always enjoy free shipping from Houzz. Received the package sooner than expected. Shipping package was well received. Product was covered up enough to protect it from shipping damage, but it was very easy to open. Product did have a smell that is to be expected from memory foam. Quality is described as it listed. I found it to be soft and thick.
