The seller, Only Hangers, sent the hangers quickly, and well packed. I was pleased by their responsiveness. However, the hangers are not wonderful. The metal hooks dont swivel -- they have to be manhandled to turn. The hangers may be unbreakable, but they feel flimsy and indeed are soft. I wouldnt order them again.
