The wheels used on this stand have breaks to prevent it from rolling. Easy to assemble and disassemble by hand. Each rack is finished and distressed by hand so please note that there will be subtle variations between each product. Designed and made in Brooklyn, NY. Patrick Glynn moved to New York and became thoroughly inspired by the life, energy and difference in each individual neighborhood.
