Although in the description it advised that the unit came assembled it was not. Not a big problem as it went together easily. I bought one for my wife and myself and we both love them. It is so nice to sit down to put on your clothes and shoes and socks. The floor seems to move further away each year as I get older.

This product is defective. The two preassembled sides have different lengths of pipe welded together. Therefore, the whole chair is a lopsided trapezoid. The wooden chair piece does not fit as a result. Even if it did, it would prove challenging to assemble as the screws provided resist being screwed into the hard particle board. A reject. The worst product we have ordered online. We cannot ship it back to you because now we cannot disassemble it.
