poor design #1: The clip doesnt stay on the rack so every time you hang the boots or take the boots out, the clip will fall off the rack. poor design #2: The boot shapers wont hold the boots. So after you stick them into the boots, once you pick up by the loop and hang it on the hook, the boots will slip off. I still like the idea of having a rotating rack to hang my boots. So I ended up put the boots with the boot shapers into a plastic bag then hang the bag on the rack. I was able to hang more boots than it was designed for since I can hang a pair of boots per hook. Oh, I had to use wire to secure the hooks on the rack.

This was easy to put together. When used for boots only two levels are available, so there isnt all that much storage. Its more useful with small shoes.

This is a good idea that hasnt been carried out successfully. The boot shapers slip out of the boots and the hooks fall off of the rack. The company is aware of the problem with the boot shapers as there is a note on the directions addressing it...but they leave it to the customer to fix the problem instead of redesigning the boot shaper. They get no stars for that. I, like other customers, will figure out a way to make this work but i wouldnt recommend it nor will I get one for my husbands boot.

Not worth buying his product. The shoe shapers keep falling off the boots and the hooks also keep falling when you rotate the carousel. Very inefficiently done.

This is easily put together and solidly made. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that the inserts for the boots are cheap plastic and the boots slip right off the clip that fixes them to the rack. I fixed this; however, by stuffing each boot with a towel to firmly fix them to the clip.
