The piece is better than expected. The photos dont do it justice. The finish is actually darker than photos however, but that works fine for my situation. The shipping was rated low because I ordered "room of choice delivery" and there was only the driver. I had to help him carry the piece inside and it was VERY heavy. There was no way we were both going to carry that upstairs as he was smaller in stature than I am. Apparently, he team member called in sick and he had no replacement. That said, the driver was super.
