For the price you should expect to have to work to build it. And its a lot of work! But once its done you have a solid piece of furniture that will likely last a long time. The draws roll smoothly and you feel pretty accomplished that you built something sturdy. Id say I spent 2-3 hours building.

The design of this dresser is super sleek, but the construction materials lack something to be desired. Pray that it arrives without a ding or scratch, because if it doesn’t, it’s irreparable.

I love the dresser even though its a little bit smaller than I expected. The assembly was by far the hardest to assemble and my last apartment had IKEA furniture and all of that was easier to assemble than this.

This dresser is very heavy and sturdy, It took two people about 3 hours to assemble. Drawers are really smooth to open and close. The finish is more like a paper over the wood and some of the corner paper is already chipping but I am not sure if that happened during assembly.
