I made a mistake by not taking note of measurements- clock is very small- intended for sitting on a very close nite stand. The clock did not illuminate.bright enough to read the time- like I understood by the description - it did. It was very frustrating. I had to constantly push the button to light it up to read. Throughout the nite. And keep it close to read the time w o grabbing my glasses. Some might prefer a small clock like this - easy to travel with. It is very cute. And easy to store in a drawer to keep out of the way. Just not for me.
