We received the rug in a timely manner. We put it under our formal dining table. It took a few books and a couple of days to help flatten it out after being rolled up for shipment. It looks great and should last a lifetime since the formal isnt used much. From experience on a previous Thayer rug, do not vacuum it using a vacuum cleaner with brushes and beater bar as this will shorten its life.

You get what you pay for. This isnt the cheapest rug of this size because the quality is excellent. Very comfortable to walk on and seems to be crafted well and durable. Lays completely flat as soon as its unrolled, unlike the cheaper rugs. Highly recommended.
