Great area rug. Very soft. Only problem is the middle looked almost off white in pics and the outside border looked gray. In person inside not as light and the outside is very blue looking but still very nice. Received it very fast and in good shape. Would recommend to anyone.

The rug arrived in the package not rolled up correctly and one end was tucked under like a burrito in the plastic packaging. When unrolled several of the wool yarn pieces were not trimmed and longer than would be considered uniform. Once unrolled and after a few hours to settle in on the floor I noticed that one side of the rug was off, meaning that there was an 1 1/2" difference in width of the rug from one end compared to the other. I can hide that flaw by turning the rug and having that side be beneath the furniture, but I would return it if this was going to be in an open room. I expected more from the Brand and was disappointed in the quality. If I knew I was purchasing a "Slightly Irregular" rug that would be expected, but this rug was suppose to be of good quality. The rug also has a very strong oder, whereas other rug I have purchased from Houzz was fine. The color of the center of the rug is also light dove gray and not off white as it appears in the photo. I will wait another 24 hours before deciding if the rug goes back.

I ordered two rugs and one of them arrived with the end of it dirty down one side of it. No help from houzz.
