Regarding the seller, my item arrived as expected. Regarding the product, I absolutely love it and it appears exactly as pictured. The reason that I am rating this product as a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the price. I truly love all things created by "the basket lady," however, I due believe the items are a tad overprice. I am truly hoping that this purchase will last for sometime. :-)
