This mirror is a good mirror. Appears to be high quality, looks nice and I would say it is "as pictured". It arrived in perfect packaging and before I expected it. It had good installation instructions and was well documented. There are two things with which I am not thrilled. Its a bit glitchy. Whatever setting you have it on before you turn off the light switch is the setting it will return to when you turn the light back on (this is the memory feature) - but it doesnt always work. Ok. So, its glitchy. We can deal with that. The other thing is that I bought the mirror because I was informed by the manufacturer that it is a make up quality mirror. Id say its more like a mood light. Its just not bright enough for grooming. Turning it on for the first time was disappointing. I have a very small bathroom, so there really isnt room to flank the mirror with LED daylight sconces or install other lights. I did install an overhead light - but the room still needs more light coming from the mirror area. If you have room to install lights around the mirror, you will probably love the mirror. But if you will be using it as a secondary light source - or the primary source of light from the mirror wall, you probably will not be pleased.
