The rug came quickly and was well packaged. It has a nice feel and is very attractive, appearing high quality. Unfortunately mine came with a serious snag right in the middle, the thread was so long I was surprised it was not noticed before shipping. There were a couple of other spots that looked rough too. I cant return it because my cat liked it too and possibly added to the damage. I gave it 4 stars because it really is a nice looking rug.
