This rug is quite beautiful visually and has a feel of thick soft wool. I would have been very happy had not threads of the design kept coming out each day (not shedding which is expectable.) Concerned about the quality of the rug, I coordinated through Houzz for what to do. After a week of many calls & emails, I was offered a reduction in price because of the defect. Due to the difficulty of packing up a 7x9 rug, and because it is a lovely rug, I have decided to accept the reimbursement & only hope the shredding of esp the viscose threads will be temporary.

This rug arrived within the specified shipping timeframe was wrapped throughly and unmanaged. The color portrayal is very accurate as when we put it in our space it matched perfectly. We couldnt be happier
