While the color appears blue, it is actually more like sea foam green. That said, it is still beautiful! The material is very soft and fluffy to walk on as well. It does off has a very strong smell at first so its necessary to air it out.

I was very nervous to order this rug for our nursery because it had no reviews, but Im so glad I did!! The rug looks just as pictured, though Id say the picture with the chair makes it look like the rug fades to nearly white. In actuality it fades from teal to grey (as shown on the main image), which is perfect with our color scheme. The first thing I noticed was how SOFT this rug is. We have all hard-wood floors in our house and weve collected a few rugs over the years but none this soft and plush. The rug has a good weight to it too, so its not slipping all over the floor. I was very nervous about buying a rug online, because people always complain in reviews that the rug they ordered smells so bad. They must be ordering cheap rugs, because this rug didnt have any offensive odor. It smelled just slightly of a fresh new rug smell (and Im pregnant so I am very highly sensitive to smells). After having it unrolled in our nursery for a day, there is no longer any smell, so that whole fear of mine turned out to be a non-issue. Overall Im so happy with this rug. I think it "makes" the whole room. Its hard to find a good quality rug in a fun and tasteful color scheme, and this is really it. I expect that Ill look for rugs from this maker for our other bedrooms in the near future.

The "turquoise" rug is really an odd shade of green - no where near turquoise. The rug looks like a child cut it with plastic scissors - really uneven edges. Theres a strange transition between the green and the grey. The only positive to note is that its soft.

The quality of the rug was excellent, however the color of the rug was off from the image. The grey was more of a brown and the blue was much more bright then expected. Overall we were happy with the purchase.
