Rug was ok....I would agree that it is soft however the "shag" is not thick at all. It was very inexpensive so I will not return but will def not use in the living room as originally thought, maybe a spare / guest bedroom.

Althought the color is perfect snow white, the rug itself is lumpy to walk on you can actually feel the looping of the shag it looks ok from a distance first thing ever i was not impressed with at houzz. I would of returned but the hassle and cost not worth it, i will buy a better one asap. O
