This is a really good rug pad. Rubbery on one side to hold to the floor and a rough sort of "felt" on the other side which prevents my area rug from moving around on top of the pad. It arrived on good condition, but the packaging was just layer of plastic and it was partially taped to the rug pads outer pouch, causing the zipper to break and the pad to be exposed.
