The rug pad is nice and thick and makes the rug feel extra padded and soft. It holds the rug to the floor pretty well, but when trying to lay the rug down on top of it it does tend to shift a bit, which makes lining up the edges difficult. Nothing that cant be solved by trial and error or just trimming the edges a bit if they stick out.

Exactly what I expected and good quality. Bought two in different sizes and have them in use already. The one that needed to be cut down a little was easy to trim.
