This works perfectly! For years Ive tried different ways to keep green onions and cilantro fresh. I purchased tuperware brand keepers that were supposed to control their moisture so they didnt get rotten and that didnt work. I set them in a tall glass and it worked but I was afraid it would tip over in the fridge. Ive had green onions and cilantro in mine for 2 weeks now and they still look fresh as the day I bought them!

It look small on the pictures, but it is actually a good size. You can fit full length asparagus with no problem
