Poor quality, very light weight materials, does not seem secure, bottom drawer not functional (its cardboard) and can not handle any weight. Doors are difficult to align. Instructions are lengthy and at times confusing. Picture looks much better than the actual product.

The instruction manual does not provide enough information to assemble the item. The individual boards should have number labeled and the same should be mentioned in the manual. Assembly took me three hours+.

It arrived chipped and was not up to the quality we expected from the photos. Looked cheaper than what we paid for it. However Houzz employees were very helpful and gave us a refund after we sent them photos of the damaged pantry in the package. Thank you Houzz for taking care of your customers!!!
