The design is a combination of hit and miss. The organizer is sturdy. It presents well. Nice top/bottom design. However, the bottom racks are designed such that its grid pattern across the base leave 1" squares that anything small and narrow falls through (toothbrush, whitening strips, nose hair trimmer), and any medium-sized roundish toiletries topples over and doesnt stand up right. The only items which are remain upright are large bottles of lotion, mouthwash, and those items which are in square boxes. As I stocked the organizer I found myselfthat items would stay up right. So, if all you have is squared items to store them this items for you otherwise... Not much of an organizer if most things are toppled over
