We purchased this since other towel holders looked so cheap and we just remodeled the kitchen. The issue is when you take a paper towel the towels fly off so you have way too many. Design fall in that they should include on the bar a "perfect tear" component to avoid the roll from spinning. We purchased a perfect tear paper towel holder (for $15) and took the perfect tear component off and installed on this one. It works okay - not perfect though. For $211 (including tax/shipping) for a paper towel holder I would expect more from this!!
