Aside from missing one screw, the assembled unit had a significant gap surrounding the wood plank in each shelf. This gap is NOT displayed in the online pic and I would not have purchased the unit had I seen it. Also, the wood plank for each shelf is blonder than shown and rough to the touch. Were I to have kept it, I would have had to sand it down. I returned it and was annoyed that I had to pay to ship it.

The shelves are really great. The wrong hardware came the first time but your customer service was great and the replacement parts came in a few days. The paint on the shelves was also chipped a bit.
