Arrived in good shape. Solid box, no dents. Nothing bent or scratched. This stool was actually easier to put together than i thought. Only 4 bolts, and some stacking and we were done. Im happy.

I love the look of this chair. It was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. If you need this to be at its maximum height of 32", it may not work for you as it sinks down a few inches when you sit on it. I imagine it will sink further the more you weigh. Also, I do wish the actual seat cushion was a little more comfortable in terms of thickness. All in all, the chair works for my tall desk so Im pleased.
