I ordered 3 chairs. 2 Chairs were perfectly packaged and easy to install. The 3rd box had been opened by a previous buyer. The gold base was not rewrapped and was scratched. The hardware had been taken so I had to go to Home Depot to get similar sized hardware to install the chair. Disappointed with the lack of quality control with high end item. Shouldnt pay full price for a stool that has missing hardware and is scratched from the previous owner.

Really, really pretty bar stools. They look great in my kitchen! Super shiny gold / brass hardware, and pretty dark black suede makes the chair really POP.
