I love these chairs - they are comfortable and beautiful. Unfortunately, by the time my kitchen construction was complete and I took them out of the box and set them up, it was past the 90 day warranty. Three of the 6 chairs were defective (with bolts popping out of the same place in the back of the chair) and because it was past warranty (even tho they had remained in their original box) Houzz would not replace or repair them. Even after I sent pictures. So, I will pay to have them repaired but I have made my last purchase from this company. Makes me very sad as it is my go-to for decorating. I just cant work with a company that doesnt stand by its products.

I purchased 3 stools and am very pleased with the quality and value. After reading many positive reviews I was comfortable with making this purchase. They were packaged very well and delivered with no damage to box or contents. They were easy to assemble and I did them by myself. I love the style and they look great at my new kitchen peninsula.

I ordered 3 chairs 2 were great once I began to assemble the 3rd chair I found a problem. Two of the screw holes on the swivel base had no threaded inserts. They are sturdy and this rating will be higher if the company follows through with an adequate fix for this problem.
