This product appeared to be broken during shipment. In my opinion, it was not packaged with enough padding and the box was not sturdy enough. The company gave a refund and was very customer focused.

I bought this for my entryway. I was worried it would be over-powering but it blends in very well. It is sturdy. I think the description says its dark grey wood. There is a lot of aged dark, dark brown to it.
