The chairs look better than I expected. I thought that I was settling because of the price. The color was exactly what I wanted, the studs were aligned perfectly and the cushion was sufficient. One out of the 6 chairs arrived with a broken leg. The response was swift and I will receive another one in less than a week! I cant wait to paint and hang the chandelier I ordered from Houzz as well.

Size, shape and fabric was what we were looking for in our powder room entry area. Overall happy with the quality of the material and its color. Went well with our dark colored accent table and matched well with our existing pillows. Would recommend this product for the price and value.

There were many issues with this product: 1. The legs were not equal in length so all 4 chairs were wobbling. 2. The legs were not evenly cut so they all look different 3. The chairs are not as plush and comfortable.

I purchased 2 grey and 2 cream chairs on cyber Monday. Got a great deal! When they arrived in the box, I began putting them together organically. Very straight forward. Problem, some bolts didnt fit or was difficult to connect to pieces. Chair legs in front are uneven. Read instructions and it said to have someone sit on it or place something heavy on it, then bolt down. Still having a hard time bolting into hole. Sooo frustrating!!! They are the perfect design for our dining room, however may need to send back. Sad and may never purchase furniture online again.
