I had to call customer service and the treatment was extroardinary. The chairs arrived before the expected time. Loved them and the quality is better then expected.

Its a very beautiful chair. I gave it three stars because when you sit in it the cushion falls through and is very thin. There are some scratches on the leg itself. It’s shorter then most chairs. Nice color!

This chair is so perfect for just a few reasons. I have chrome accents in my loft and my dining table is from CB2. The chair hits the table at the perfect height and I still marvel at how all the chairs fit perfectly next to each other. Super easy to clean. Cat owners beware. The velvet traps the hairs but as stated... super easy to clean. The seats are firm by all standards but I find them perfect for my arthritis. My dinner guests only throw compliments. Great pieces to add to any home and a very good value.
