The island was delivered already fully built and was packaged very well. One door had a crack in the corner, but I immediately called the number of the builder that was included in the paperwork and he suggested we return the door so he could build a new one. We then received an empty box with a return label and returned the door. The new door arrived pretty quickly and looks great. I was very impressed with the quality of the island and the customer service!
