The kitchen cart arrived and was assembled today. The box was damaged in shipment, but fortunately, none of the pieces inside sustained damage. The instructions were clear. All parts were marked and all hardware was present. It took about two hours to assemble, so I do not understand those who have complained about the difficulty of assembly. It was NOT difficult. It looks very nice and will be quite useful for my purposes. I would definitely purchase again (if needed) or recommend to others as an alternative to expensive all-wood furniture. The manufacturer did good and so did Houzz! :-)

Only think I dont like it that it is MDF, but with a gentle hand nothing stripped out.

Packing was excellent and well protected the product. Assembly not difficult if you have put a few things together before. Quality was great.
