I put it together on a soft rug, when I turned it over, iPad a big scratch. I know, my problem, I should have looked and sent it back before assembling. Also the inge on one side is not even, so there is a gap when you open the table out. I was and am disappointed

The bar is nice and easy to assemble, but one of the extensions had defective hinges which I had to buy replacements for. Also the package was missing two screws. Other than those issues, the table is nice and sturdy.

The Mercer Double Drop Leaf is a perfect breakfast or island table for your kitchen or media room. Table features a double drop leaf extension for extra table surface, two drawers for storage and includes two 21.4"H stools. The table top fully extended provides 49.75"W x 17.9"D of space and with the drop leaf folded is 34"W x 17.9"D. Each drawer has an inside dimension of 9.8"W x 11.4"D x 1.9"H. Size of each stool is 14.1"W x 14.1"D x 21.4"H. Made of combination of solid and composite wood in cappuccino finish. Assembly required. This product meets the oversized requirement per UPS/FedEx.
